1. Company Information
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by GEOTAX FOR TAX CONSULTANT CO. L.L.C., a company duly registered and licensed in the United Arab Emirates (hereinafter referred to as "GEOTAX", "we", "us" or "our"). Our registered office is located at WAFI RESIDENCE - LHEU-FF, Um Huraire Second, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
2. Services
GEOTAX provides international tax consulting services, including but not limited to: international tax structuring advisory, UAE Corporate Tax compliance and filing, VAT registration and declarations, company formation in UAE Free Zones and Mainland, tax residency certificate assistance, and cross-border tax planning. All services are provided in accordance with UAE regulations and applicable international standards.
3. Engagement and Fees
All engagements are subject to a written agreement specifying the scope of services and applicable fees. Fees are quoted and payable in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment terms are specified in each engagement letter. We accept payment by bank transfer and major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
4. Client Obligations
Clients agree to provide accurate, complete and timely information necessary for the provision of services. GEOTAX shall not be liable for any consequences arising from incomplete, inaccurate or delayed information provided by the client.
5. Confidentiality
All client information is treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose any client information to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law or regulatory authorities.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our services constitute professional advice based on the information provided and applicable regulations at the time of delivery. GEOTAX shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, reports, and documents prepared by GEOTAX remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a license to use such materials for their intended purpose only.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. This includes encryption of sensitive data, secure storage systems, and restricted access protocols.

Refund Policy

1. General Policy
GEOTAX FOR TAX CONSULTANT CO. L.L.C. is committed to delivering high-quality professional services. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be granted for services purchased through our website.
2. Service Fees
All fees for our consulting services are quoted and payable in UAE Dirhams (AED). Fees are due as specified in the engagement agreement or invoice.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances: if services have not yet commenced and you wish to cancel your engagement, if there has been a significant delay in service delivery attributable to GEOTAX, or if the services delivered materially differ from what was agreed in the engagement letter.
4. Non-Refundable Services
The following are generally non-refundable: services that have been fully or substantially completed, government fees and third-party costs paid on your behalf (FTA registration fees, license fees, etc.), consultation fees for advice already provided, and rush or expedited service fees.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at contact@geotax-dubai.tax with your engagement details and reason for the refund request. We will review your request within five (5) business days and respond with our decision. Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days using the original payment method.
6. Partial Refunds
Where services have been partially completed, a partial refund may be offered, calculated based on the work completed and expenses incurred. The refund amount will be determined at GEOTAX's reasonable discretion.
7. Cancellation by Client
If you wish to cancel an engagement before services commence, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation more than seven (7) days before the scheduled service start date is eligible for a full refund. Cancellation within seven (7) days may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the service fee.
8. Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a refund request, you may escalate the matter to our management team at contact@geotax-dubai.tax. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
